Valorant Project A could be called Valorant according to a few pieces of information and leaks recently surfaced by internet sleuths. Riot Games registered the trademark for Valorant, as well as the domain name for PlayValorant.com, which is still inactive. There’s also a PlayValorant Twitter account that was created in February that has no new information on it other than a cryptic profile picture with the number 2....

Just two days after Beyoncé changed the lyrics to the song “Heated” to remove a term considered an ableist slur, she has tweaked another of the album’s 16 tracks. “Energy” will now sound a little different, after Beyoncé removed a sample of “Milkshake” by Kelis. The original version of “Energy” featured an interpolation from “Milkshake,” in which Beyoncé sang a variation of the iconic “La-la, la-la, la” from Kelis’ 2013 hit....

The attack against the Capitol appeared to take federal law enforcement off guard, as a mob of pro-Trump rioters quickly overwhelmed officers protecting the legislative building. In the wake of the violence, law enforcement officials have suggested they were unaware of the seriousness of the threat. However, newly reported documents show the government received advanced warning. “[A] supposedly violent insurrection by [Trump’s] supporters has ‘always been the plan,’” a December 24 briefing by SITE Intelligence Group warned its subscribers, which include federal law enforcement, Politico first reported Thursday....
